Your new role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Central Referral Hub, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred clinical care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients and the community. In this role you will:
• Provide clinical assessment and decision-making in line with Clinical Prioritisation Criteria and local guidelines.
• Contribute to patient-centred care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, research, and education within the unit.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, allied health, and administration colleagues to ensure timely referral management and positive patient outcomes.


About you:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Nurse who is committed to excellence in care and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proven ability to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care with sound clinical judgement and critical thinking.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, quality improvement, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
