Your new role:
In this role, you will provide high-quality Speech Pathology services for adult patients with acquired communication and swallowing disorders across the continuum of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering patient-centred assessment, intervention, education and discharge planning within an interprofessional team.
- Managing an allocated caseload by applying effective time management, prioritisation skills, and accurate record-keeping.
- Supporting service delivery with clinical education, supervision of students and allied health assistants.
- Contributing to quality improvement and research activities under the guidance of senior staff.
