Your new role:

Join our dedicated Vascular Unit team, where you will deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred clinical care to patients with complex vascular conditions. As a Registered Nurse, you will work both independently and collaboratively to provide high-quality care and contribute to a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation tailored to patient needs.
• Supporting clinical governance by adhering to established protocols and participating in quality and safety initiatives.
• Acting as a clinical leader and mentor, contributing to education and professional development within the team.
• Engaging in evidence-based practice and research activities to continuously improve patient outcomes.

About you:

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse who thrives in a dynamic tertiary care environment and is committed to excellence in vascular nursing care.

The ideal candidate will:
