Your new role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive therapy services within the hospital's occupational therapy department. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed clinical assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and assisting with discharge planning within an interprofessional context.
- Managing your own caseload while applying evidence-based practices under the guidance of senior staff.
- Participating in clinical education by supervising students and allied health assistants.
- Contributing to quality improvement, research activities, and the development of clinical protocols.
This role is being filled using a targeted recruitment process.
