Your new role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neuropsychologist to join the Spinal Injury Unit (SIU) psychology and multiprofessional team, delivering senior clinical services and contributing to service development and education. In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based neuropsychology services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation, within an interprofessional team.
- Act as a clinical reference point, offering specialist advice and applying advanced clinical judgement in complex decision-making.
- Contribute to service development through quality improvement, research, and clinical education initiatives.
About you:
You will be an experienced and collaborative professional who is passionate about delivering patient-centred care and advancing neuropsychology practice. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in neuropsychology, with experience in delivering complex clinical services within a spinal injury or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams and engage patients, carers, and external stakeholders.
- Strong clinical and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a high-volume environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including supervision, mentoring, and contribution to service improvement initiatives.
