Your new role:
As the Senior Director, Digital Advisory & Transformation, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Metro South Health's digital strategy. You will drive innovation, partnerships, and service delivery across key digital domains to support world-class healthcare. Within this role you will:
- Provide strategic leadership in digital health, supporting the Chief Clinical Information Officer (CCIO) and senior leadership teams.
- Lead high-performing teams across Digital Engagement & Innovation, Digital Project Delivery, and Business Analysis Services.
- Build and foster strong partnerships with clinical leaders, industry, research, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery of large-scale digital health initiatives and transformation projects aligned with MSH's strategic goals.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary digital health leader who thrives in a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic foresight, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. You will have:
- Demonstrated success promoting new and innovative means of utilising digital capability to improve delivery of healthcare services.
- Proven ability to build strong executive, clinical, and industry partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary digital health practices and experience applying them in practical, value-driven ways.
- A background in leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused outcomes.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant. We are nationally recognised for our expertise in trauma management and organ transplants and are one of Australia's leading academic and research health centres. The PAH as a major medical research precinct hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) as well as a new Clinical Research Facility for the discoveries made at TRI to be trialed in a safe clinical environment.
