Your new role:
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Support Officer to provide vital administrative services that support the daily operations of the Acquired Brain Injury Transitional Rehabilitation Service (ABI TRS). In this key role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional community-based rehabilitation support for adults with acquired brain injuries and their families.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support including reception duties, data entry, document management, and office coordination.
- Act as the primary contact point, managing inquiries and providing courteous front counter service to staff, clients, and visitors.
- Organise and coordinate patient appointments, meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring smooth communication and efficient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports, including data entry into Queensland Health systems such as ieMR.

- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, capable of working independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with the ability to learn specialised Queensland Health software.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
We're expanding our hospital to make sure everyone gets the care they need. We're adding more beds, modernising our buildings, and improving our spaces to treat kidney and cancer patients with all new services and facilities planned to open by 2027.
