Your new role:
We are seeking an organised and motivated Administrative Officer to join our Community and Oral Health Aged Care Assessment Team, providing high-quality support to staff and clients. In this role, you will:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and efficient administrative support within a busy healthcare environment.
- Manage reception duties including phone, face-to-face enquiries, and accurate message-taking.
- Maintain and update client records and referrals across clinical databases (e.g., CHIMS, ACE, MAC).
- Perform data entry and reporting tasks while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with service standards.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive and professional individual with strong customer service skills and a commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across all levels.
- Teamwork skills with the capacity to organise your own workload while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Sound problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical databases.

Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
