Your new role:
As an integral member of the Metro South Oral Health team, you will deliver high-quality oral health services to eligible clients, gaining valuable clinical experience across diverse rotations. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety, quality care, and community oral health.
- Provide oral health therapy services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under clinical supervision.
- Develop clinical judgement and independently manage increasingly complex cases as your experience grows.
- Engage in oral health promotion activities within community settings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, health professionals, and community groups to deliver patient-centred care.
About you:
You are a motivated oral health professional committed to ethical, safe, and evidence-based practice. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to develop your clinical skills while contributing to continuous quality improvement.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, quality health care delivery, and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn and grow clinically, demonstrating sound clinical judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic about participating in health promotion, quality improvement, and professional development activities.

We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
