Your new role:
As Nurse Unit Manager for Anaesthetics Nursing, you will lead and coordinate peri-anaesthesia services at Logan Hospital. This role provides the opportunity to drive excellence in patient care while managing people, resources, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading anaesthetic nursing services to achieve high-quality, person-centred care.
- Managing human, material, and financial resources to optimise outcomes.
- Driving quality improvement, research, and service innovation.
- Building team capability through education, mentoring, and professional leadership.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated nursing leader with advanced skills in anaesthetic and perioperative care. You will bring strong clinical expertise, resource management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
