Your new role:
As a vital member of the Community and Oral Health - Rehab@Home Team, you will deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality administrative support to both staff and clients. Your contribution will ensure smooth service operations and effective coordination within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
- Managing operational logistics including facility maintenance information, fleet car bookings, and equipment reservations.
- Supporting clinical and administrative staff with scanning activities, basic IT support on medical records systems, and document management.
- Ensuring a well-maintained, respectful, and efficient work environment, including ordering supplies and adhering to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience in managing correspondence, data entry, and scheduling.
- Be proficient with information management systems and various computer software, especially in a clinical or healthcare context.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to treat all patients and colleagues with respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds.

Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
