Your New Role:

As a Principal Business Analyst within the Digital Advisory and Transformation Services team, you will be instrumental in driving the digital health agenda across Metro South Health. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple hospital sites, you will provide expert analysis, design and advice to ensure successful delivery of complex ICT projects. Your role will involve:

  • Analysing and redesigning business processes in alignment with digital solutions.
  • Developing clear functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Providing critical feasibility and cost assessments for new initiatives.

About You:

We are looking for a Principal Business Analyst who brings proven experience and a passion for digital health transformation. Key skills will include:

  • Proven track record delivering business analysis outputs on complex projects, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation aligned with BABOK guidelines.
  • Experience with process modeling tools and business analysis frameworks (e.g. Six Sigma, UML, BPMN).
