The Stradbroke Ward is looking for an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS) to join their supportive team. The Stradbroke Ward is a 34-bed unit that provides combined medical and surgical care to acutely unwell patients. Areas of speciality include general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedics, general medicine and palliative care. The staff are committed to providing person centred care, in consultation with the multidisciplinary team, patient and their family/carer.

About the Role

• The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS) practices under predominantly indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN); utilising advanced clinical skills to provide evidence-based person-centred care within Stradbroke Ward.
• The ENAS applies their depth of knowledge, experience, and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, with regular communication and/or assistance from the RN.
• The ENAS practices at an advanced level, utilising clinical and leadership skills to provide high-quality person-centred care and optimise patient outcomes.
