Rosewood State School are looking for an Administrative Officer (Administrative Assistance Enhancement Program). We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills and presents in a professional manner.
This role is offered on a temporary part-time basis,
at 0.4 FTE until November 2025, unless otherwise determined.

This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.
About Rosewood State School:
Rosewood State School is situated in the West Moreton District and services the community of Rosewood, which is some 20 kilometres South-West of Ipswich.
The parent community is supportive of the school and its programs, which must cater for the wide variety of interests and abilities of students. The school enjoys close links with the local community, participating in many of its activities.
About the Role:
Perform a variety of administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Has the ability to problem solve, work autonomously and shows initiative.
Responsibilities Include:
- Telephone and front counter enquiries.
- Managing enrolment enquiries and One School data entry.
- ID Attend absence entry.
- Attend to Accounts Receivable including balancing end of day banking.
- Other administrative duties relevant to the role
