This vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months. 
This is a temporary full-time position to commence from 14 July 2025 until 12 December 2025.

About the School

Silkstone State School caters for Prep to Year 6 students. We are proud of our rich history and continuing excellence in preparing students to meet the challenges of the future.

We are located in the City of Ipswich, just 2.7 km east of the Central Business District (CBD).

About the Role

As the Head of Department (Curriculum) you will lead curriculum in line with strategic vision and develop school planning, with a focus on quality teaching and learning for improved student achievements.
