About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the school/college to current and prospective stakeholders, including arranging visits and managing marketing data.
- Support strategic improvements by updating marketing materials such as event schedules, newsletters, magazines, and diaries.
- Build strong relationships with staff, industry partners, and the wider community to enhance the school's profile.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of marketing resources in line with government policies.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor expenditure, and explore alternative income streams.
- Develop partnerships with business, industry, and community groups to strengthen school networks.
- Collaborate on and implement communication strategies using various media and event formats.
- Lead or contribute to planning and executing school events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Produce high-quality content and visual materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, flyers) that align with the school's brand.
- Develop and apply standards and quality controls for digital marketing and online publications.
- Design and manage multi-channel communication systems and support data collection strategies.
- Maintain and update intranet, website, and online event calendars with accurate and timely content.
