Redbank Plains State High School are seeking a dynamic Deputy Principal to join our leadership team, with a strong focus on strategic school improvement, wellbeing and inclusive education.
The successful applicant will lead pedagogy and an innovative approach to senior schooling. The role is from 14 July 2025 until 19 September 2025, unless otherwise
determined.

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Principal and leadership team to drive the strategic direction of the school in alignment with the Annual Implementation Plan and systemic priorities. Support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance teaching and learning, staff capability, and school performance.
- Relational Leadership: Build and sustain positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the broader community.
- Promote a school culture that is inclusive, respectful, and focused on student wellbeing and engagement.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
