This is a temporary full-time position to commence in Semester Two 2025, until 14 December 2026 unless otherwise determined, with possible extension.
Our school
Rosewood State High School is a small secondary school in a rural community, with an enrolment of around 520 students. Our school's size fosters strong connections among students, staff and families, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student is known and valued.

In this leadership role, you will:
- Lead the Learning Support department, managing curriculum, staffing and resources to support school-wide inclusion
- Provide evidence-based advice to staff and stakeholders to guide effective, reasonable adjustments
- Coordinate and deliver targeted interventions and case management for students requiring substantial or extensive adjustments
- Oversee NCCD implementation and lead data-informed systems to track and support student progress
- Build teacher capability in inclusive practice and support collaborative planning and implementation
- Work in partnership with school leaders, teachers, families and external agencies to ensure a consistent, student-centred approach
