While experience working with people with disability is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive support and training will be provided. A sound understanding of the Australian Curriculum and the ability to differentiate to meet diverse learning needs is required, with additional guidance and support available to ensure success for all learners.
Key qualities for this role include flexibility, strong teamwork skills, a positive and proactive attitude, commitment to student success, and maintaining high expectations for both students and oneself.
