- Answering staff absentee calls and coordinating supply teacher bookings
- Preparing work materials for supply teachers
- Providing first aid support
- Assisting with suspension and expulsion paperwork
- Preparing out-of-class passes for students
- Managing stationery orders and supplies
- Organising staff keys, badges, and pigeonholes
- Supporting front office operations and community engagement
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with school procedures

The Perfect Fit:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a school or customer service environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with school systems and processes
- Experience coordinating relief staff or managing bookings
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
