  • Answering staff absentee calls and coordinating supply teacher bookings
  • Preparing work materials for supply teachers
  • Providing first aid support
  • Assisting with suspension and expulsion paperwork
  • Preparing out-of-class passes for students
  • Managing stationery orders and supplies
  • Organising staff keys, badges, and pigeonholes
  • Supporting front office operations and community engagement
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with school procedures

The Perfect Fit:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a school or customer service environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with school systems and processes
  • Experience coordinating relief staff or managing bookings
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
