This is a progressional position as per the Role Description. The successful applicant will be appointed to the lower classification with eligibility for progression to the next, once specific criteria have been met or demonstrated. Please note salary rate shown is reflective of both classification ranges.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Maintain and support the school's ICT network, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Provide responsive technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Monitor and manage network security, data integrity, and backup systems.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to support the integration of technology into classrooms.
  • Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and service requests.

What you Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in ICT support, preferably in an educational or enterprise environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the Department of Education's Code of Conduct and student safety standards.
