Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Manage day-to-day enrolment processes and maintain accurate student records
  • Be the first point of contact in the front office—greeting students, parents, staff, and contractors
  • Answer phone calls and assist with general enquiries
  • Coordinate enrolment interviews and prepare documentation
  • Support the intake and administration of the school's scholarships and Excellence Academy
  • Maintain enrolment-related content on the school website and internal systems

The Perfect Fit:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Familiarity with school systems such as OneSchool
  • Previous experience in enrolments or front office roles
  • Understanding of school-based programs and student services
