Step Into Your Next Chapter:
- Manage day-to-day enrolment processes and maintain accurate student records
- Be the first point of contact in the front office—greeting students, parents, staff, and contractors
- Answer phone calls and assist with general enquiries
- Coordinate enrolment interviews and prepare documentation
- Support the intake and administration of the school's scholarships and Excellence Academy
- Maintain enrolment-related content on the school website and internal systems
The Perfect Fit:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Familiarity with school systems such as OneSchool
- Previous experience in enrolments or front office roles
- Understanding of school-based programs and student services
