Your Responsibilities 

As the Principal Education Officer (EOSD), you will play a key role in enhancing student wellbeing by:

  • Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of wellbeing professionals, including psychologists, social workers, guidance officers (wellbeing), and youth workers who support students with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
  • Partnering with Principals to develop and implement effective wellbeing strategies and school improvement initiatives that drive positive outcomes for students.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, capability building, and evidence-based practice across the region, aligned with the Department's commitment to high-impact teaching, learning, and wellbeing support.
