Join Alexandra Hills State High School as a Youth Support Co-Ordinator where you will play a pivotal role in supporting student wellbeing, engagement and successful participation in learning. Working as part of a collaborative student support team, you will contribute to the school's strategic commitment to inclusive education and improved outcomes for all students, particularly those at risk of disengagement. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.4FTE), 29 hours per fortnight.

About the Role

In this role, you will work collaboratively with school staff, students, families, and support services to enhance student engagement and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include identifying barriers to student success, supporting at-risk students, monitoring attendance, implementing early intervention strategies, and developing programs that promote social and emotional wellbeing.
