As the Administrative Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.83FTE).

About the Role
Provide administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager, including reception duties, maintaining student records, and assisting with staff administration and routine finance tasks. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, managing correspondence, organising appointments, supporting school records (e.g. enrolments and incidents), coordinating staff support tasks, and processing payments and invoices. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with a range of stakeholders.
