The role requires a future-focused leader with a strong understanding of educational policy and governance, the ability to effectively manage resources, and a commitment to developing staff capability to maximise student success.

As Principal, you will shape and implement a shared vision for learning, build strong partnerships, and ensure a safe, supportive and innovative school environment.

Kuraby Special School is a small Queensland government school for Prep-Year 12 students with intellectual disabilities and additional needs.

With a high staff-to-student ratio, it offers personalised learning, life skills, and community-based programs in a supportive environment, helping students build independence and reach their potential.
