Who We Are:

Inala State School was established in 1955 and provides high quality education to students in the local area.

The successful candidate will work as part of the school well being team, supporting enrolments in the school (particularly those from a EALD background).

Position is partly funded through Community Hubs Australia and implementation is supported by Communify.  

There is an established network of the co-ordinators from other Brisbane Hubs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitation of playgroup two days a week.
  • Liasing with external providers and continue established relationships - e.g. TAFE (English classes), sewing classes, OZ Harvest, Multicultural Australia, Metro South Health.
  • Working collaboratively with the school well being team.

  • Ability to form high quality relationships and sustainable relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
