Collingwood Park State Secondary College is seeking a dedicated, motivated and collaborative person to join our Administration team. As an essential member of the school support staff, this position works within our small team servicing the Collingwood Park community and will incorporate a range of duties predominately with enrolments and our parent reception. This is a temporary full-time position until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support the day-to-day management of school operations, including supervising support staff, coordinating recruitment, induction, training, and injury management
  • Interpret and apply policies and legislation to ensure compliance with departmental and procedural requirements
  • Assist with workforce planning by maintaining staff records, monitoring staffing needs, and ensuring required training and compliance are current
  • Contribute to financial and administrative operations, including budgeting support, data management, payment processes, and identifying efficiency improvements
  • Help manage resources, facilities, and assets, including maintenance, stocktakes, safety compliance, and coordination of contractors and minor works projects
