Redland District Special School is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner who works well as part of a team and autonomously.

As a cleaner, you’ll help keep our school safe, clean, and running efficiently by completing all cleaning duties to a high standard.

This is a temporary Part-time (0.80 FTE) position 48 Hours per fortnight until 11 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the role:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, basins, glass doors and cupboards.
  • Locking and unlocking buildings
  • Security
  • Liaise with Principal/Business Manager concerning purchase and/or replacement of cleaning materials.
  • Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor.
