About Queensland Virtual Academy: 

The Queensland Virtual Academy (QVA) is a statewide, cohesive approach to increasing equity in student access to curriculum pathways, learning opportunities and teaching expertise.

About the role:

We're seeking a highly organised, collaborative professional who excels in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will bring a blend of strong communication skills, analytical capability, and confidence working with data, systems, and diverse school communities.

Your responsibilities include, but not limted to: 

  • Background in engagement, project coordination, communications, partnerships, or program delivery.
  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Confidence engaging with schools and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience managing data, reporting, and information systems.
  • Skilled in data tracking, reporting, formulas, filtering, and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and high attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
