Collingwood Park State Secondary College is a new and emerging secondary school located in the Ipswich region, within the rapidly growing western corridor of South East Queensland. The college is purpose-built with modern facilities designed to support contemporary, inclusive and future-focused learning. The school is developing a strong culture of collaboration, high expectations and student engagement, with a focus on building capability across staff and students as the college continues to grow.

As the Head of Department - The Arts / Technology, you will:
- Lead the school department and curriculum focus in developing and providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, and community groups.
- Be future-oriented and strategic.
- Understand legislation and policies impacting on the school department, students and staff.
- Manage the human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources of the school department to achieve goals.
