WesTEC Trade Training Centre is seeking an Enrolments Officer to support and manage student enrolment processes across its network of 8 partner schools. The successful candidate will have strong administration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and work collaboratively across multiple school communities. This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.83FTE), 60 hours per fortnight.

About Us:

WesTEC Technical Training and Pathways is a specialist vocational education and training centre located on the campus of Woodcrest State College. WesTEC supports high school students in Years 10-12 to gain nationally recognised qualifications and industry-relevant skills while completing their secondary education. Operating in partnership with eight local state high schools, training organisations and industry partners, WesTEC provides strong pathways into employment and further training. The centre is jointly supported by a cluster of local schools, including Redbank Plains State High School, Springfield Central State High School and Forest Lake State High School, with Woodcrest State College serving as the lead school and managing the centre.

About the Role:

The role focuses on coordinating enrolments, maintaining strong relationships with schools and families, ensuring accurate student records, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience for students entering vocational and pathways programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee student enrolment operations, processes and policy administration.
  • Maintain and manage student administration systems, records and enrolment data.
  • Coordinate enrolment interviews, documentation and onboarding for new students.
  • Support reporting, statistical analysis and business continuity processes.
  • Maintain accurate student records, timetables and website enrolment information.
  • Contribute to the review and improvement of enrolment systems, policies and procedures.
