About the Role:

Spring Mountain State School is seeking a highly motivated and organised Administration Officer (Attendance) to join our dynamic team.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who values teamwork and is committed to supporting our school community and administrative operations within an educational setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Business Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Assisting with any other suitable duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by Business Manager
  • Providing general administrative support to the front office team
  • Maintaining accurate student attendance recording and monitoring in line with EQ policies and procedures
