Mansfield State High School is seeking 2x Deputy Principals to join the leadership team. These temporary opportunities are available to commence:

  • Term 4, 2026 and
  • the start of the 2027 school year.
Working as part of a high-performing leadership team, you will contribute to school improvement, support staff and student success, and help deliver outstanding educational outcomes within one of Queensland's leading secondary school environments.

About the Role

As Deputy Principal, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across key areas of the school, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, student engagement and wellbeing.

Working collaboratively with the Principal, leadership team and wider school community, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, build staff capability and help drive positive outcomes for students.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capability, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of high expectations, inclusion and achievement.
