- Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, industry and government agencies.
- Lead and develop staff through coaching, professional learning and performance development.
- Manage the school's human, financial and physical resources to achieve strategic priorities.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, legislation and governance requirements.
- Contribute to educational leadership beyond the school through regional and departmental initiatives.

You are an accomplished educational leader who demonstrates:
- A proven record of improving teaching, learning and student outcomes.
- Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

- A commitment to equity, inclusion, ethical leadership and continuous improvement.
- The ability to inspire, empower and develop staff while building strong community partnerships.
