 An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate and experienced individual to join our team, commencing 06/10/2026 until 11/12/2026, unless otherwise determined.

The Inclusion Coach at Bundamba State Secondary College is responsible for improving student outcomes by building staff capability through professional development, modelling high-quality teaching practices, and promoting evidence-based approaches. They will collaborate with teachers and faculty clusters to develop and implement support provisions, including Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs) and Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA) pathways, while providing structured coaching on differentiation and inclusive practices.

Working closely with the Head of Special Education Services (HOSES), Heads of Department (HODs), and Heads of Year (HOYs), the Inclusion Coach supports students, staff, and the broader school community. They will case manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 NCCD students, lead initiatives such as EAL/D and ATSI programs, and oversee junior and senior transitions. The role also involves creating resources, adjustment toolkits, and strategies to improve teaching practices and curriculum accessibility in line with school priorities. Additionally, they will establish partnerships with external agencies to provide enhanced support for students with disabilities, trauma, mental health concerns, and complex needs, fostering an inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
