We are looking for an Administrative Superstar to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the effective & efficient administration across a broad range of corporate service activities including Human Resources (HR), Financial and Facilities.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.93 FTE), 67.50 hours per fortnight, until 25 March 2027, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Accurate financial daily processing and receipting of B Point and Back to School Boost Monies management.
  • Timely follow-up of outstanding accounts - debt management
  • Accurate and confidential HR / absence management recording and leave report tracking.
  • Compliance with Blue Card, Student Protection and mandatory training requirements
  • Effective coordination of relief staffing, currently Tracer Management
  • Timely preparation of invoices, consents and financial records
  • Clear communication with parents, staff, contractors and visitors
  • Accurate record keeping for audit and accountability purposes
  • Consent Management Audit
  • Proactive preparation for excursions, camps and school events
  • Excursion Planner management
  • Escalation of complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Manager or IT Technician.
  • Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by supervisor or nominated delegate.
