Bayside Health Services are looking for multiple Casual Administration Officers to provide administrative support to designated work areas within the Health Service. Redland Hospital is the major health centre for Redland City and Brisbane’s southern bayside suburbs. We provide care in a number of specialties including general medicine and surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, renal dialysis and paediatrics.

About the Role
- Provide administrative relief for all types of leave to administrative positions including emergent leave.
- Provide a high level of reception and administrative support to wards/units during periods of relief for bayside facilities.
- Monitor and maintain information/health records systems (both manual and computerised) for preparation of new records, file retrieval, filing, clinical reports and patient demographics.
- Respond to general customer inquiries over the phone, email and in person and assist staff and clients in the work unit as requested.
This position is a shift working position; applicants must be available to work all shifts on a 24 hour rotational roster. This includes evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
