Your new Role:
We are currently seeking Recruitment Officers for temporary positions with the Metro South Health Recruitment Services team.
As a Recruitment Officer you will:
- Assist in the management of recruitment and selection processes
- Provide professional client support, procedural advice and assistance
- Accurately complete data entry into relevant in-house recruitment systems
- Process and finalise selection processes for positions
- Prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet established timeframes
- Provide advice on recruitment and selection processes while applying policy and award interpretation
About You:
You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities

The Process:
