Your new Role:

Seeking skilled Administration Officers for temporary backfill roles in Mental Health Services. You will provide short-term relief to cover planned and unplanned staff absences across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. The Administration Officer delivers intermediate administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Applicants should be available to work shifts Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm, across all Metro South Addictions and Mental Health Services sites.

  • A commitment to excellence in everything you do
  • Process documentation in hospital specific information systems such as HBCIS, CIMHA, IeMR.
  • Operate independently and collaboratively within a team, managing your own workload by prioritizing tasks while considering the needs of colleagues to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
