Your new role:
You will deliver high-quality mammography services and play a vital role in early breast cancer detection by:
- Performing screening and assessment mammography to national quality standards.
- Participating in multidisciplinary clinics and supporting women throughout their screening journey.
- Maintaining equipment, quality control, and adherence to BreastScreen protocols.
- Working across multiple Metro South Health sites with rostered hours Monday–Saturday.
About you:
You are a skilled and compassionate radiographer who is passionate about women's health. You have:
- Demonstrated experience and competence in radiography, ideally with mammography expertise.
- A commitment to client-focused care and the ability to support women through their screening experience.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Current AHPRA registration, Use Licence under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, and (or ability to obtain) a Certificate of Mammographic Practice.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department. We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine.
We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
