Kawana Waters State College is a high performing, co-educational P-12 College, located between Bokarina Beach and Lake Kawana and is seeking a Head of Campus to lead their school community on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role

As the Head of Campus you will:

  • Provide strategic advice, analysis and planning support to the Principal and the Executive Leadership Team (Principal, Head of Primary Campus, Head of Secondary Campus and College Business Manager) in relation to teaching and learning, human resource management, financial forecasting and budgeting.
  • Lead and manage the P-6 campus with significant autonomy within and aligned to the strategic and philosophical direction of the P-12 College.
  • Have an opportunity to innovate, engage the college community, develop curricular and extra-curricular programs and grow the P-6 campus reputation and enrolments, taking advantage of the P-12 nature of the college.
  • Manage the strategic operations of the College to ensure operations are managed professionally to align with departmental priorities.
  • Lead the improvement priorities for the educational outcomes of all students P-6.
  • Build the professional capabilities of staff and leaders P-6 and beyond.
