About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- focus on initiatives to support the educational outcomes for students, through the multi-tiered system of support framework
- provide proactive and reactive support for teachers and support staff, focussed on improving engagement and wellbeing of students
- incorporate the vision of State Schools Division into school planning
- develop the quality of teaching and learning
- lead the Student Engagement and Wellbeing team, including Tier 1 whole school processes and systems
- collaborate with the school Curriculum Team and Leadership Team to meet the needs of all students
- nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and community.
