Aldridge State High School is seeking a motivated and friendly Administrative Officer to join our front office team.
This is a temporary AO2 position at 0.5 FTE and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic school community.

About the Role 

Hours of duty will be three half days (morning shifts from 8:00 am), scheduled between Monday and Thursday (days flexible), and a full day on Friday.

As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assist with front counter enquiries.
  • Assist with student enquiries at the counter.
  • Assist the Head of Department with School to Work administrative matters.
  • Assist with organising the Sports Awards Night.
