Coalstoun Lakes State School is a Band 5 School which is set in a rural environment approximately 120 kilometres south-west of Bundaberg. We endeavour to ensure a high quality learning environment which emphasizes learning opportunities that support students and align with the Australian National Curriculum. Our school has a homework program that occurs every morning before school begins. It runs from 8.00 a.m. to 8.45 a.m. and all staff participate. The successful applicant needs to have a thorough understanding of the Australian curriculum, previous experience teaching in a multi-age classroom and experience in all 3 levels of planning for multi-age classroom.

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
