In this Deputy Principal role, you will

- Drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning to ensure every student thrives.

- Support a whole school approach to improvement across a P-10 and future P-12 school
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Promote socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Build partnerships with students, parents, agencies, community groups.
- Be future-oriented and strategic.
- Understand policies and legislation affecting the department.
- Manage department resources to achieve goals.
