Baringa State Secondary College is seeking dedicated Cleaners to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of our school by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

This position is being offered in a Temporary Full-time (1.0 FTE) 2x 38 hours per week.

Part-Time capacity 28 hours per week and Casual Cleaners to support our team.

About The Role:

  • Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, and shared spaces, including windows, floors, and furniture.
  • Maintaining toilet facilities, change rooms and sick bays to a high standard of hygiene.
  • Managing waste disposal and litter control across the school grounds.
  • Supporting general cleaning tasks across learning spaces and communal areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
  • Reporting maintenance, safety concerns or supply requirements to the Principal or Business Manager.
