Who We Are:

The suburb of Baringa is situated just 7km south west of the Caloundra beach precinct including the iconic Golden, Bullcock and Kings Beaches.

Baringa State Secondary College opened its doors for the first time in 2021, when Year 7 and 8 students commenced at the college. In 2025, we celebrated our first cohort of foundation students graduating Year 12.   

Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Senior Phase of Learning - whole College processes and policies
  • Lead and implement creation and implementation of VET programs
  • Lead the Senior Schooling AO on VET Pathways and Providers
  • Lead the development of faculty-based moderation practices for VET
  • Pathways for all students from years 10 to 12, including next step initiatives e.g., yr. 13.
  • Research, analysis and discussion of pathways data to inform innovation and pathways programs for yrs 10-12.
  • Preparing VET offerings for 2026 and beyond
  • Improving student participation and promoting a culture of excellence in VET
  • Assist in the development, implementation and review of the school's policies and SET plans for year 10 students.
  • Lead the work in ATAR offerings for 2026 and beyond
  • AARA processes
