Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Provide technical support to staff and students across a range of hardware, software, devices, and systems
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, networks, and classroom technology
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of school ICT infrastructure, including user accounts and access permissions
  • Coordinate and prioritise ICT support requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Support the rollout of new technologies, upgrades, and system improvements
  • Maintain accurate asset registers, documentation, and service records
  • Ensure compliance with departmental, privacy, and cybersecurity policies
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior support staff where required
  • Work collaboratively with school leadership and teaching staff to support digital learning initiatives

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a busy environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, printers, networks, and common software applications
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and device deployments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
  • Current knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
  • Hold a current Blue Card & Orange Card

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a school or education setting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of audio-visual/classroom presentation technology
  • Experience supporting BYOD programs or student devices
  • Relevant ICT qualifications or certifications
  • Experience supervising or mentoring staff
