Step Into Your Next Chapter:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Arts teachers to deliver high-quality, aligned and engaging curriculum across all year levels.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, professional growth and collective efficacy within the Arts faculty.
  • Oversee the continued growth and excellence of the Academy of Creative Arts, including performances, showcases and community partnerships.
  • Embed innovative and contemporary pedagogical practices that enhance student agency, engagement and achievement.
  • Use data-informed practices to monitor student outcomes and refine teaching strategies.
  • Foster strong connections with the wider school community to promote the value and impact of the Arts.
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement priorities as a key member of the leadership team.

  • Brings energy, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
